Women’s Clinics at the Specter Center offer a welcoming, supportive way to get on court, improve your game, and connect with other women in the squash community. These women-only sessions blend instruction, movement, and social play—making them ideal whether you’re building confidence, returning to squash, or looking for new hitting partners. Designed with accessibility and community in mind, the clinics provide a comfortable space to learn, stay active, and engage at your own pace.

The Howe Cup is the largest women’s squash event in the U.S., bringing players of all levels together for a fun, competitive, team-based championship. With multiple divisions, the event welcomes everyone—from seasoned competitors to newer players—creating an atmosphere that’s as social and supportive as it is competitive. A celebrated tradition in women’s squash, the Howe Cup is a chance to represent your club, meet players from across the country, and be part of something bigger—on and off the court.
