tournaments and competition

Member Box Leagues
Box Leagues are a great way to meet and play other members at a similar level to you. At the start of each month you will be matched up with 3-5 other players and the goal is to play everyone in your box that month. Match results will be recorded in US Squash and each month the boxes will be reshuffled. 1-2 players from the box will move up a box, and 1-2 players will move down a box so you will get some new matches each month. This should be viewed as friendly competition and a way to meet new practice and playing partners.

What clinic is right for your level?

The Specter Center and the Philadelphia District Squash Leagues and Events use both the ‘A-B-C-D’ model and US Squash’s ClubLocker rating system. Here is a guide to how singles ratings roughly translate to A-B-C-D ratings in singles:

A / Open – 5.0 – 6 +
B – 4.0 – 4.9
C – 3.0 – 3.9
D – 2.0 – 3.0

Specter Center Squash Professionals will assist in getting you into the right leagues and clinics.

Ratings become more accurate as you enter more match results in ClubLocker.
